The project comprised of 10 Fit Homes (an innovative type of home developed by Albyn Housing Society (with support from the Inverness & Highland City-Region Deal) to allow vulnerable and elderly tenants to live independently for longer) and 12 Cottage Flats.

20 one and two bedroom flats for Highland Council rent, some of the one-bedroom flats are designed to convert into two bedrooms, should the occupying tenants' needs change over time.

Located on the periphery of the historic fishing village of Avoch, on the Black Isle, this project strives to provide affordable housing to the local area, making use of a challenging unused site. The project was developed in conjunction with our clients HHA (the Highland Housing Association) and Cairn Housing Alliance.

The Raining’s Stairs development has reinvigorated this important part of Inverness; replacing a long-vacant ‘problem’ site with a building of significant architectural quality and profound, transformational benefits to the community.

24 units were built on Balloan Road, Inverness. This project consisted of the construction of 24 units for the Highland Council through a traditionally procured contract.

Capstone Construction is delighted to announce the recent completion of a refurbishment project at Silver Sands Caravan Park. Located in Lossiemouth adjacent to the picturesque West Beach and Covesea Lighthouse, the project, undertaken for Park Holidays UK, involved a transformation of the Park's facilities, including the shop, gym, craft room and swimming pool, to enhance the overall experience for visitors.

We recently refurbished a office building in Inverness to convert the space into 8 lettable units. The project falls under the Highland Business Suites brand and is in collaboration with current successful office suites, The Greenhouse, Inverness.

Capstone Construction carried out an internal strip out of the market hall, which first opened in 1870, to make way for the installation of new shop units, public toilets, and a central seating area. The new and improved market already has some great local vendors in place!

Renovation of former three storey Office Building to form a 76 Bedroom Hotel for the Axcel Group. The 40 week construction works on this challenging site, comprised of the strip out of the exiting offices and services back to building shell.

Our project for Scania was an exciting, technical build managed around local tides and performed to a new design for Scania dealerships in the UK.

This contract was the erection of a new visitor center to replace the Harrods visitor center which was destroyed by fire. A contemporary building built in rural Sutherland which was designed to blend with the surrounding environment and reflect the adjacent salmon leap at the iconic Falls of Shin.
