The project transformed former staff accommodation into four modern en-suite bedrooms, while a programme of improvement works was undertaken throughout the property. This included the installation of a new staircase and internal doors, decoration, floor finishes, tiling, structural alterations, and upgrades to the fire detection and smoke ventilation systems.

External enhancements were also completed, including improvements to the access ramp and upgrades to the building’s cladding and fascia finishes, improving both functionality and appearance.
