Capstone Construction is delighted to announce the recent completion of a refurbishment project at Silver Sands Caravan Park. Located in Lossiemouth adjacent to the picturesque West Beach and Covesea Lighthouse, the project, undertaken for Park Holidays UK, involved a transformation of the Park's facilities, including the shop, gym, craft room and swimming pool, to enhance the overall experience for visitors.

Among the notable features of the refurbishment, the park now boasts brand new toilets, a state-of-the-art pool and splash pool, and a relocated internal plant room. The project also included new floor finishes, lighting, furniture, and roof insulation, with the entire area given a fresh new look through meticulous decoration, render finish, and signage, all providing an inviting atmosphere.

Externally, the project incorporated two new pergola structures with retractable roofs, offering visitors comfortable and shaded areas to enjoy the outdoors. New external cladding on the building was added, the bin store fence was reconstructed, and a new covered buggy store was installed.
