Tulloch Square/Castle – Green Lady Court, Dingwall
The recent handover of 20 new homes at Tulloch Square/Castle – Green Lady Court in Dingwall to The Highland Council provides a mix of social rental housing, including four 3-bedroom semi-detached villas, four 2-bedroom cottage flats, and twelve 2-bedroom communal flats.
Campbell Close development in Golspie features 20 new homes, constructed in seven separate blocks, including two, three, and four-bedroom villas, two-bedroom cottages, and one-bedroom cottage flats. This marks the Highland Council's first new-build social housing project in the Highland seaside village in 30 years.
The project comprised of 10 Fit Homes (an innovative type of home developed by Albyn Housing Society (with support from the Inverness & Highland City-Region Deal) to allow vulnerable and elderly tenants to live independently for longer) and 12 Cottage Flats.
20 one and two bedroom flats for Highland Council rent, some of the one-bedroom flats are designed to convert into two bedrooms, should the occupying tenants' needs change over time.
Located on the periphery of the historic fishing village of Avoch, on the Black Isle, this project strives to provide affordable housing to the local area, making use of a challenging unused site. The project was developed in conjunction with our clients HHA (the Highland Housing Association) and Cairn Housing Alliance.
24 units were built on Balloan Road, Inverness. This project consisted of the construction of 24 units for the Highland Council through a traditionally procured contract.
