What you’ll be doing:
• Managing project costs from pre-construction through to final account
• Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
• Working closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors
• Helping drive commercial success across live and completed projects

What we’re ideally looking for:
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a contracting 
environment, or an Assistant QS ready to take that next step
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Confident communicator, with a proactive mindset
• Great team player who creates positive working relationships
• Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience)
