Essential Qualifications/Experience/Skills Level 1 H&S in Construction Awareness Operative 1 HS&E Touchscreen Pass Green Labourers CSCS Card Plant & Equipment Certificate – Desirable The ability to follow written and spoken instructions Excellent team working skills Comfortable working at height Basic numeracy and literacy skills Good physical condition Familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures Capable with working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus Commitment to safety rules

Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspecting machinery & equipment prior to use
- Performing set up and clean up tasks in various areas of site
- Working at height – clearing of materials and waste from scaffolds
- Directing traffic on / near building sites
- Assisting Site Management with install of temporary fencing and barriers
- Manual Handling of materials, tools and plant
- Using hand tools for digging and excavation works
- Assisting trades with movement of materials
- Using power tools and machinery when required
- Report issues with equipment or unsafe condition
