Apprentice Scaffolder

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: Competitive apprenticeship salary
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education: Willingness to undergo and complete CISRS Part 1 & 2
Experience: Scaffolding experience (preferred but not essential)
License/Certification: Driving license (preferred)


Are you looking to establish a career in scaffolding? Capstone Construction is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Scaffolder.

Capstone Construction Ltd is an Inverness-based construction company specialising in new build housing projects. We also complete a range of both domestic and commercial new build and refurbishment projects throughout the Highlands and Moray.

As a permanent member of our scaffold team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a diverse range of projects.

  • Assist in the assembly, inspection, and maintenance of scaffolding structures
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and regulations
  • Work alongside experienced scaffolders to learn the trade
  • Participate in training sessions and gain industry-recognised qualifications
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
  • Communicate effectively with team members and line managers
